This place is such a hidden TREASURE !!! .....if you haven't heard of this place or seen it for yourself you are absolutely missing out. We went there tonight because we had read that the Maine lobster truck would be serving lobster rolls. To our complete surprise we found this gem. We are both from Waterbury and so we just had to try " The dirty water" cocktail. Brandon, the owner and bartender, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how the distilling went on in the back and up front was the bar that was all about fresh and local ingredients. The drink was fantastic. They have live music and events with food trucks happening on a regular !! I've reviewed many places but the knowledge of the owner , the great atmosphere, special touches like orchids frozen in the ice and support for the local area make this place top on my list of reviews. You have got to stop by for a drink and check online beforehand to time it with one of the food trucks with food so DELICIOUS . You won't be disappointed. Definitely and upscale, comfortable place to get a palette pleasing adult beverage!! We are already planning our next trip there !!

Located in the outskirts of Waterbury, on the Thomaston line, Continuum is a bit of a hidden gem. They offer craft cocktails made with their own distilled spirits. The cocktails are very tasty and have fun creative names like “drops it like its hot” which would be their version of a spicy margarita. You can sit inside and relax with friends, listen to live music they have, play some board games, or sit by the fire out front. Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong! Be sure to check out their daily food trucks and grab something to eat. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they will recommend the perfect cocktail for any taste preference. Don’t sleep on this spot!

This was our second time at Continuum, and we had a great time relaxing here on a Friday night! They had live music and a great food truck. I appreciated that they were able to make me a mocktail version of a Cosmo, which came out great! The staff is always friendly. Such a great place to have in Waterbury!

Continuum distillery is a hidden gem in Waterbury! Their spirits are high quality and delicious. While there I tried several cocktails and mocktails, which were all very good. I really love that some of the cocktails are named after places or references to Waterbury. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend stopping by. The tasting lounge is perfect for hanging out with friends. On some days they have live music, comedy shows, food truck, and pop up events.

I hosted my sister’s Jack & Jill baby shower at this distillery. Approximately 60 guest attended and it was an absolute success! At first glance, you see the raw industrial charm of a working distillery, but as a designer, I immediately recognized the potential of the space. The open layout, high ceilings, and cozy yet functional atmosphere made it the perfect blank canvas for a truly unique event. The space was incredibly spacious, allowing us to comfortably set up seating, a buffet area, and a gift table, with plenty of room for guests to mingle. Stellios and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making sure we had everything we needed to bring our vision to life. One thing to note is that you’ll need to cater your own food, which worked out great for us because it allowed us to customize the menu to fit the theme of the shower. The distillery provides the drinks, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The selection was fantastic, and our guests raved about the quality of the craft cocktails and other beverages. What made this venue so special was the contrast between the industrial vibe of the distillery and the warm, festive atmosphere we created with decorations. I’ll be attaching photos to show how we transformed the space—it went from a distillery to a beautiful baby shower hall with just a little creativity. If you’re looking for a venue with character, flexibility, and amazing drinks, I highly recommend this distillery. Whether it’s a baby shower, birthday party, or any celebration, this place offers a unique backdrop that can be tailored to any event. Thank you Stellios and the staff for a successful event!

Great spot. We enjoyed the cocktails and live music. They also had wood fired oysters on the day we visited. Brass Works Brewery is right next door (same lot) and was really great to be able to hit two spots at once. Highly recommend!

I wish I came here sooner! The drinks, atmosphere and workers are all incredible! I truly have never had a better cocktail! I’ll definitely be returning often!!

Found this place by happenstance and have been talking about it since. This place is a vibe! We went on karaoke night. Staff were amazing. Brian and Keith behind the bar learned our names quickly and made awesome drinks. Mixed crowd, fire pit outside, couches, bar chairs and benches inside. This place is perfect for a first date, a girls night out, a men’s after work hangout or a solo date. You’re bound to meet cool folks, have the most tasty drinks and laughs galore!! Let’s not forget food trucks and all at a reasonable price. Can’t wait to go back to take the distillery tour!!
